The Secondary Utilization of Coal-- Automatic Coal Slime Dryer

Coal slime as a by-product of the coal washing process, has many features like fine granularity, strong water holding capacity, high ash content, high clay mixture rate, etc., which bring lots of inconvenience to its comprehensive utilization. With the constant promotion of the coal mining mechanization and increase of coal washing, the amount of coal slime increasing grows up.

Coal slime has a high moisture content, low combustion value, and is difficult for comprehensive utilization, which both pollutes the environment and wastes nature resources. The economic value of coal slime has not been fully explored. In the path of economic development, our country has been advocating sustainable development over years, requiring at the same time of economic growth to reduce resources waste. Aimed at the secondary use on coal slime, Fote Machinery has specially set up a technology research team, and has developed a latest automatic coal slime dryer, both economic and environmental, making a great contribution for coal cause.

The key technology of our automatic coal slime dryer is to make materials disperse inside the coal slime dryer as fully as possible, so as to improve the contact area between the high fever smoke and materials, at the same time, to control material flow speed and residence time in the dryer, to make the high fever smoke and materials fully convected. We also adopts the material drying parameters optimization computer software technology, to on-line detect material moisture and airflow temperature of the preheating zone and drying zone, besides, to on-line adjust the system's heating, ventilation, secondary air distribution, heating capacity, material intercepting volume and resistance time, to achieve a dynamic optimization balance and improve heat utilization.
