Structure of Dryer for Palm Kernel Shells
Dryer for kernel shells or palm wire dryer is mainly composed of rotating body, lifting plate, transmission device, supporting device and sealing ring. The distribution and angle design of lifting plate is reasonable and reliable in performance, so it is high in thermal utilization rate and uniform in drying. In order to control the dryer's temperature, the thermocouple can be installed on feeding and discharging device whose temperature change can be shown through thermometer. That provides help to control the temperature (normally 150-180.C) in cylinder.
