Powder making plant is widely used inmining, electric powder, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy,refractory materials, power plant desulfurization, asphalt mixing station,expressway, etc. Its particle sizes of finished products can be freely adjustedbetween 20 to 3250mesh.
Configuration of Powder Making Plant
Powder making line is generally composedof jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, grindingmill, analyzer (powder concentrator), auxiliary machinery, draught fan,centralized electronic control, etc.
According to different needs of customers,powder grinding plant can be equipped with high-strength grinding mill, highpressure grinding mill, Raymond mill, Tricyclic medium-speed micro powder mill,vertical mill, super fine mill, micro powder mill, etc. Fote powder makingplant not only has the advantages of wide selection, reasonable layout,reliable quality, high cost performance, etc, but can provide, overall designand construction scheme of grinding operation.
Production Process of Powder Making Plant
When working, bulk materials are firstly crushedby jaw crusher to appropriate sizes suitable for grinding machine, then beingsent to stock bin through bucket elevator; the vibrating feeder at the bottomof the stock bin evenly sends materials to grinding machine; after beingground, the fine powder that conforms to requirements of particle sizes enters powderconcentrator through analyzer and becomes finished products after beingdischarged through discharge valve at the bottom of powder concentrator. Coarsepowder that cannot meet the requirements of particle sizes will be back togrinding chamber for regrinding.
