Features of Fote Brown Coal Dryer

1. Brown coal dryer is strong inoverload resistance ability, big in handling capacity, small in fuelconsumption and low in drying cost.

2. Lignite coal dryer adopts downstreamdrying methods: flue gas and wet materials enter into the drying machine fromthe same side, which can take advantage of the high temperature flue gas to gethigh evaporation strength. This drying machine has a low outlet temperature anda high thermal efficiency.

3. According to the property ofdifferent materials, the running parameters of the lignite coal dryer can bechanged to make sure materials form a stable and full-face section inside thecylinder, thus making a more sufficient mass and heat transfer.

4. This new-type feeding anddischarging system of lignite rotary dryer eliminate such drawbacks as feedingblockage, discontinuity, unevenness and material returning of common rollerdryer, thus reducing the workload of the dust removing system.

5. New inner structure of the ligniterotary dryer strengthens the clearing and heat transfer functions to the scatteredmaterials, eliminates the viscosity phenomenon on the cylinder wall and has astronger adaptability to the moisture content and viscosity of materials.

6. Fote lignite coal dryerrealizes "zero thrust", thus greatly reducing the abrasion of gearwheel and keeping the cylinder operation stable and reliable.

7. The adoption of "self-aligningriding wheel device" makes the contact of riding wheel and rolling ring isalways linear, thus greatly reducing the abrasion and power consumption.

8. The product granularity andwater content can be controlled according to the customers' requirement. Takingslurry drying for an example, the water content of the final products can reachbelow 8% and the granularity can be controlled smaller than 8mm.
