Rotary dryer has many advantages like reasonable structure, perfect manufacturing, high yield, convenient operation, big radiating surface, low energy consumption and large heat exchange area etc.  It is mainly composed of revolved body, lifting board, transmission device, supporting device and sealing ring, etc.

4. The high-temperature smog fluidized bed roaster has the advantages like fast burning, adequate heat supply and high thermal efficiency, with coal consumption less than 10kg per ton material.

5. The combination of heating, drying and dust collection functions into one machine realizes the mechanization and automation of operating and the environmental requirements.

6. It has wide application fields: suitable for drying clay, slag, iron powder, fly ash, etc.

Operation and Maintenance of Rotary Drum Dryer

1. The drying efficiency of rotary dryer depends on the condition of combustion chamber. Good combustion chamber helps us a lot to meet the requirements. Therefore, we must pay more attention to combustion chamber, air blower, dust removal and collection equipment in the drying process.

2. The stove should be lighted one hour before starting the drying machine. Check all accessory equipment and ensure all transmission parts and supporting parts fastened, normal, lubricated well and reliable before operating the machine.

3. The importance of bearing. The break down of bearing will have a direct influence on the working efficiency of the drying machine, so we must check the bearing temperature frequently and ensure it under 50℃. The bearing sound should be stable; the transmission device, bracket and cylinder rotary should have no obvious impact, vibration and transmission. We also should check, repair and maintain the whole equipment at fixed time.
