Ore Beneficiation plant is also known as ore processing plant, ore beneficiation line and ore separating line. It is usually made up of preparing, separating and dewatering operations. Its processing method is mainly divided into two categories: physical and chemical separation, among which physical dressing includes magnetic separation method, gravity separation method, electrostatic separation method, friction dressing method, particle size separation method, shape dressing method and hand selection method. Chemical processing includes flotation, roasting and leaching methods.

Fote ore beneficiation plant is generally classified into iron ore beneficiaiton plant, copper ore processing plant, manganese ore beneficiaiton plant, molybdenum ore processing plant, gold ore processing plant, etc.

Ore Beneficiation Plant

The Features of Ore Beneficiation Plant

1. Large capacity. It can process 1500-3000 tons ore per day.

2. It has high tailings grade, which can be controlled to more than 1.2.

3. Ore processing plant can process without water, which largely saves water resources. There is no need to build tailing reservoirs, so it can save the compensation for occupied forest, tailings dam and related facilities.

4. Ore beneficiation line can directly output part of more than 66% finished products (it can also be adjusted for to 60-68% according to the actual demand). At the same time, it will output the other part of semi finished products, whose quality can be controlled at about 30-60%. Semi finished products can be sold directly or used for further milling.

5. For soft ore and sand mining, Ore separating line can crush them into certain fineness. The finished products and semi-finished products can slightly save a lot of investment of factory equipment.

6. The full set of ore processing equipment has low energy consumption. As the core equipment, the dry separating machine (without counting belt conveyor) has only 6KW power, which greatly reduces the production cost.

7. Most of the components (except the core part) have the advantages of simple structure, low failure rate and long duration.
