How to Reduce Kaolin Dryer's Abrasion and Raise Its Utilization Rate?

When kaolin dryer is working, we must pay attention to some matters. Kaolin dryer has some easy-to-wear parts. So we should change them at regular intervals according to different wear-out periods in order to avoid other damages caused by the delay of replacement. Besides, proper operation can effectively reduce the wear to kaolin dryer. Because the dryer cylinder is placed on the riding wheel askew, so unreasonable layout design will cause serious wear and tear to the riding wheel.

The layout and dimension of the bull wheel belt before the cylinder is different from that of the belt behind the cylinder. The contact area between the rear riding wheel and wheel belt is relatively narrow. And the cylinder imposes a stronger pressure to the rear ridding wheel. After a long time of operation, the rear ridding wheel is easy to be out of shape. In addition, operator's improper manipulation can also result in severe abrasion to the ridding wheel. For example, when drying materials, if the operator didn't pay attention to the vibration of the cylinder, it will make the effect on the ridding wheel change significantly.
