Some Common Sense about Coal Slime Dryer

Coal slime dryer is the widely used drying equipment in recent years. The wet materials will form a spiral motion orbit in the cylinder and get dried by hot air in a short period of time, which is the drying process of coal slime dryer. The most important part of this machine is the lifting board in cylinder which could make the hot air form into a spiral linear flow field.

Coal slime drying unit is commonly used today, which is composed of drum dryer and fluid bed dryer. It is sophisticated in skill, brief in equipment and small in investment. Hot air drying takes the hot air or flu gases produced by hot blast heater as heating resource. These two drying methods dry materials directly and indirectly through the heating resource.

During the drying process, the temperature of coal slime dryer will be too high. Faced with this situation, what are the reasons and how to deal with it?

1. The fluctuation of feeding volume. The uneven feeding will disrupted the normal work of the differentiation furnace, coal slime dryer and preheater, for example, if the coal addition or removal is not timely will influence the temperature stability.
2. The coal ash in the differentiation furnace of coal slime dryer cannot get full combustion due to many reasons, which makes the coal ash burn in the inner cylinder, raising temperature of that part.

The new type coal slime dryer is 40% higher in drying efficiency compared with the traditional ones, in addition, it can improve the final products' calorific value and reduce their moisture content. The final products can be transmitted to power plant and chemical enterprise. The lignite after drying will not absorb water because its molecular structure has been destroyed. Their carbon content is lower compared with anthracite, which meets the environmental requirements of our country.
