The Effective Anti-Corrosion Methods of Dryer Machine

Effective anti-corrosion methods:

Electrostaticpowder coating. On the manufacture of dryer machine, the traditional paintand coating applied are liquid. But these paints and coatings usuallycontain a large amount of organic solvents such as ether ketone andhydrocarbons, which are flammable and explosive and may cause a series oftroubles for production, storage, transportation and construction. Phosphatingand passivating process. The phosphating and passivating process takesadvantage of the electrical and electrochemical reaction to make the surfaceof the iron and steel workpieces full of rust present the original metalliccolor, and generate dense antirust film on the metal surface.
