First, after the lignite coal dryer is installed, open the draught fan, and check if its running direction and the suction of the feeding mouth are normal.
Second, attach a bag open at both ends to the feed downpipe on the dryer's separator.
Third, when feeding materials into the feeding mouth, it's necessary to filter out the materials in large chunks, which can effectively promotes the dryer's working efficiency.
Fourth, add fuel to the furnace and ignite, then turn on the draught fan. When the wind temperature in the outlet up to 100 ℃, start to feed and dry the materials.
Fifth, regularly remove the large materials in the discharge mouth to make for feeding.
