The traditional drying equipment almost adopts oblique chute feeding mode. Because of high furnace temperature, load changes, erosion, oxidation of slide tube heating gas, the deformation and damage is very serious, and the replacement is troublesome. More serious burn, bending and deformation of slide tube often leveraging top or the sealing ring, resulting in leakage, which will greatly reduce the thermal efficiency and the service life of the drying equipment. Whether the chute adopts steel or cast iron pipe, it can well solve the problems of short service life of the equipment. In order to improve the coal ash drying machine production efficiency, the chute can be inclined to 'straight + groove plate' form, and the upper section is straight tube. The straight pipe is built into the furnace wall, so as to avoid the high temperature oxidation and hot flue gas erosion; the lower section is a chute board, cohesion by straight falling material, then along with the slope, there will be the material to sneak into the slime drying machine. Chute plate adopts refractory cast iron production process, followed by built refractory brick support. Both the amount of feed is the premise the material flow.
