Three Technical Indicators Determine the Drying Power of Sand Dryer

Sand dryer is the drying machine which can dispose many kinds of material. Because of its reliable operation, flexible operation, strong adaptability and large processing capacity, it is widely used in food industry, chemical industry, metallurgy industry, coal, medicine industry and mining industry. Sand dryer is a kind of drum dryer, which is suitable for granular materials, mixed materials or materials with higher water content, especially for the drying of sand.

1. The Gross Power

The gross power refers to the percentage between the amount of dust removed by drying machine and the amount of powder imported into the dryer at the same time, which is also known as the uniform power.

2. The Throughput Rate

The throughput rate refers to the percentage of export and import volume of powder of sand dryer. If the rate is higher, it means that the amount of dust exported from the dryer is large, namely the lower power of the machine. In addition, when the drying power of drying machine is very high, it is more obvious to use the throughput rate than the gross power table.

3. The Classification Power

The drying power judged by the dust particle size or particle scales is called classification power, which refers to the ratio of the amount of collected dust and the imported dust in a certain particle size range. The gross power of the dryer has a great relationship with the diameter of disposed. Even though the same dryers operate in the same conditions, they will also have obvious difference of their functions because of the different dispersion of dust.
